Oregon State Police (OSP)
Strengthening Resilience and Supporting Critical Incident Response
For over a decade, Chiron Center, Inc. has proudly partnered with the Oregon State Police (OSP) to foster resilience, provide critical incident response, and support the well-being of sworn personnel and their loved ones.
Comprehensive Resilience Training
In collaboration with the State of Oregon, Chiron delivered a transformative, statewide resilience training program for all sworn OSP personnel. The eight-hour workshops combined evidence-based practices with experiential learning, equipping participants with practical tools to navigate the demands of high-stress professions.

Critical Incident Response Team (CIRT) Support
Since the inception of OSP’s Critical Incident Response Team (CIRT) program in 2010—now called the Health, Wellness, and Resilience Program—Chiron personnel have been integral to its success, helping to:
Create, train, and evolve the team while mentoring its members from its inception.
Provide immediate support following critical incidents, including line-of-duty deaths, officer-involved shootings, and other traumatic events.
Offer information, resources, and integrative support to OSP personnel and their loved ones during crises.
This enduring partnership underscores Chiron's commitment to standing alongside OSP personnel through challenges, ensuring compassionate and effective support.
