Justice Flick (he/him/his) was born in Gordon, Nebraska, into a family deeply rooted in ranching, farming, and public safety. Growing up in the Midwest instilled in him a strong sense of integrity, hard work, and dependability—values that continue to shape every aspect of his life and work. Justice’s passion for wildland firefighting began in high school, and he has spent every fire season since honing his skills on the frontlines to protect communities and natural resources.

In 2019, Justice joined The Ranch team during his off-seasons, bringing a wealth of experience and an unwavering commitment to excellence. Whether tackling complex ranch projects or managing daily operations, his versatility and dedication have made him an indispensable part of the CTRN family. Justice’s contributions are both physical and deeply personal, reflecting his belief in the transformative power of service and hard work.

Beyond his ranch and firefighting roles, Justice serves as CTRN’s Wildland Firefighter Peer Support Coordinator, a position that underscores his passion for behavioral health and peer-based support. Growing up in a first responder family and experiencing the demands of frontline service firsthand, he offers a unique perspective and invaluable empathy to the firefighters he supports. Justice shares resources, guidance, and encouragement, promoting mental health and resilience within a community he cares deeply about.

When he’s not working or fighting fires, Justice embraces his love of adventure and travel. His off-season is often spent exploring new places and creating lasting memories with his wife, children, and loved ones. Justice’s time in the Rogue Valley is a gift to The Ranch, as his skill, energy, and heart leave a lasting impact on every project he touches.
